I would like to say thank you for responding so quickly to our predicament.
Richard has explained about the Speech dialler and I think it makes sense to have one fitted asap, and can you also fit an extra telephone point in the office, as discussed.
Thank you both very much for the extra time and effort you put in to make sure that no wires show, we are extremely pleased with the whole installation.

I felt that I needed to write to thank you both for carrying out the installation of my burglar alarm in such a professional manner.
I am sure you are aware that we were not keen on having an alarm until the recent burglary and, even then, dreaded the idea. Having been told by friends and ultimately by the police that the alarm would stop them coming back we came to you for help.
We are delighted that we did.
Both of you were very sympathetic, neat and tidy and we are happy knowing that if we have a problem, you will be there to help.
We now feel that we have the confidence to leave our house again. p.s Thanks for reloading the cupboards, we didn't expect you to!

Can you ring my sister at the weekend, we told her how good you were and how easy the alarm is to use and she wants you to fit one for her.
She hasn't got cats so she won't need the special pet sensors, but she does have a budgie Will this be a problem. Her number is..........................
